I started on the content and QA side at Colgate-Palmolive, managing over 60 global sites. That's where I learned what almost nobody teaches you: projects don't fail for lack of technology — they fail because nobody properly translated what the business needed.

I've been that translator ever since: as a Technical Lead in banking defining a payment gateway migration, as a freelance analyst building end-to-end cloud solutions, and today as an AI consultant designing voice and SMS agents that serve real customers for a client portfolio in the UK and US.

My job is simple to describe and hard to do well: understand your operation, document it precisely, and design the automation solution that can actually be built — then stay until it's validated and working.
